How information may be used
Crapo Insurance Agency may use information submitted through the website to review and respond to your request and to communicate with you about insurance services. Submitting a request does not bind coverage, approve an application, establish pricing, or issue a policy.
Security verification
The Quote Request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and browser or device signals to provide this security service.
Storage and email delivery
After a quote submission passes validation and security verification, the submitted information is stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database for review, delivery tracking, and follow-up. The website uses the Gmail API with OAuth authorization to send the submission to the configured Crapo Insurance Agency recipient and, after that notification succeeds, to send an acknowledgement to the email address you provided. Google processes the email addresses and message content needed to deliver those messages.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to help Crapo Insurance Agency understand how visitors use the website and whether quote requests are completed successfully. GA4 may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers and may receive usage and technical information such as pages viewed, referral source, interactions, approximate location, and browser or device information.
After the Quote Request form receives a confirmed successful response, the website sends GA4 agenerate_lead event. That event does not include your name, email address, phone number, address, form-field values, selected coverages, message, quote details, or other customer information. Google processes analytics information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Data handling
No fixed retention period has been established for website submissions. Administrative, technical, and procedural safeguards may be used to protect submitted information, but no method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
